Normal öğrenim süresi içerisinde mezun olamayan (Artık Yıl) öğrenciler, Ders Ücreti Beyan Formu'nu Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığından temin edebilirler. Öğrenciler, söz konusu form ile birlikte mühendislik fakültesine başvurarak alacakları dersleri ve toplam AKTS değerlerini fakülte yetkililerine işleteceklerdir. Fakülteler tarafından onaylanıp öğrencilere teslim edilecek bu form, öğrenciler tarafından Mali İşler Daire Başkanlığı'na getirilerek ödeme işlemleri gerçekleştirilebilir.
Öğrencilerin eğitim-öğretim ücretlerini 10-11-12 Eylül 2025 (ders kayıt dönemi) tarihlerinde ödemeleri gerekmektedir.

Students who cannot graduate within the normal period of study (Additional Year students) can obtain the Course Fee Declaration Form from the Student Affairs Office. With this form, students must apply to the Faculty of Engineering to have their courses and total ECTS credits recorded by the faculty authorities. This form, approved by the faculties and delivered to the students, must then be submitted to the Financial Affairs Office by the students in order to complete the payment procedures.
Students are required to pay their tuition fees on September 10–11–12, 2025 (course registration period).
